Since purchasing the home in 2004, we have made the following improvements:
2004:

• New tile, vanity and lighting in the bathroom
• New hardwood floor in the living room
• New carpet on stairs and landing

2005:

• New Pella Thermastar Double-pane Windows with low-e and argon gas
• New Deck with low-maintenance composite decking

2006:

• New exterior paint
• New furnace and central air installed, including a vent in the basement

2007:

• Attic exhaust fan installed

2008:

• New carpet in bedrooms
• New kitchen countertop, refinished kitchen cabinets, new lighting

2009:

• New insulation and drywall in basement, creating a separate office and laundry area
